Student Support Role

This new role is expanding our student support team. It offers an opportunity to become part of an amazing organisation which supports adults with learning disabilities through training in the arts. The role will support the Student Support Manager to ensure that our student artists have a positive, productive and safe day when visiting Rowan.

Your will be involved in the day-to-day operations, supporting students throughout the morning and lunch. You will also support our evaluation programme ensuring that individual support is provided as needed, this could include providing one to one activity sessions, preparing progress reports and/or record keeping. In addition, you could be asked to provide cover sessions for our artistic workshops when tutors are on holiday or ill.

FTE £27, 945  prorated to £14,904 per annum for a 20-hour week.

Working hours 9am until 1pm.

Closing date Sunday 1st March 2026.
