Back by popular demand, join our new 8-week Sewing course. Each week, you’ll be guided through different projects by our expert tutor, such as tote bags, cushions and bunting. Ideal for handmade gifts or as a treat for yourself.

The course is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to those wanting to refresh their skills. In a friendly environment, you’ll build confidence using a sewing machine and learn other useful techniques.

All materials will be included, but you are welcome to bring your own favourite fabrics to use or images for inspiration. We have sewing machines for participants to use, but we strongly recommend bringing your own machine if you have one, so you can get advise on how to work with it.

Clare Wadd is a self-taught and keen seamstress. She enjoys taking on different sewing projects in her free time and finding different approaches to make each item unique.
