Can you help us Raise the Roof for Rowan?

Why are we fundraising for a new roof?

For many years now, we have been grappling with a persistent issue: our roof just won’t stop leaking. It is now critical to replace the roof of our arts centre to ensure Rowan can continue to support adults with learning disabilities in Cambridgeshire.

We have recently secured a grant from the Community Ownership Fund, contributing to the cost of replacing our roof. However, to access this grant, Rowan must raise match funding of £36,000. We must raise these funds by September 2024.

For our 40th anniversary we are ‘Raising the Roof for Rowan’ throughout 2024. We have already raised over £15,000 through various activities such as a sponsored walk, quizzes, our annual Art Exhibition, and the participation of our dedicated team in the Cambridge Half Marathon.

We are asking for your support to help us reach our goal of £36,000. Whether through a donation or organising your own fundraiser, your support will help us to keep Rowan alive for many years to come. Every donation no matter how small will make a difference.
