Print

In print, student artists are encouraged to work with a range of intaglio and relief print techniques. Drawing is usually the starting point and students are supported to develop their ideas into one or more print options, giving new weight and dynamism. The work is available as finished prints, greeting cards and commissions are also taken.

Print at Rowan is led by tutors Chris Deane and Alison Ayres.

Alison, has a degree in art and has worked in the learning team at the Fitzwilliam Museum since 2006, collaborating with Rowan on many projects across the museum collections. She joined Rowan as a part time print tutor in 2022.
